I SPUN OUT IN FRONT OF A COP!! (ON CAMERA)

This happened right after a cars and coffee next to Jimmy Oakes shop in September 2020 and after 7 months I'm finally able to upload it! I thought getting arrested only meant getting put into cuffs but apparently when you get a summons, it is also getting arrested!
