D-to-D Passing -- Floating Box Drill

In this edition of the iPlayHockey.ca Development Program, instructor Mike Pilon teaches us small space puck support and D-D passing. Otherwise known as the Floating Box Drill. This drill is a great way to teach puck support and D-D passing as a progression into full ice puck support and D-D passing. Keep points: keep moving, open up,  communicate, limit the handling of the puck and quick releases. Great for a warm - up drill!
