Problems with neighbours- what action can you take?

If you still need help, you can look for a mediator at: gov.uk/guidance/a-guide-to-civil-mediation You might have to pay- but it will be cheaper than hiring a solicitor and taking legal action. Contacting an Ombudsman An ombudsman looks into complaints about companies and organisations. To complain about a housing association, go to the Housing Ombudsman : housing-ombudsman.org.uk. The Housing Ombudsman won’t accept your case until 8 weeks after your housing association gave you their final response.
