2006 Audi A4 rear seat backrest removal

Looked around and couldn't find anything showing how this is done. First remove those 2 screws at the bottom of the seat back. I am also posting one on how to get those rear headrests removed quickly. They need to be removed to get the backrest out. In hindsight I don't believe I needed to remove the seat belt attach point.
