Today we're revisiting a very special bass. This was my first G&L ever, and it's an absolute beast. This is the G&L L-1000 "Wunkay" part of the CLF Research series, which is a retro throwback with some modern touches. Featuring a gorgeous ash body with a metal control plate and a gloss maple on maple neck with a throwback paddle headstock, this bass has the potential to be all things to all people.... well bassists anyways.
