During these times with so much arising in the collective, the Divine beckons us to soothe and relax our hearts, minds, bodies, and nervous systems.

Beloved, allow these sacred sounds to transport you to a sacred space of deep rest, relaxation, ease, and grace.

I invite you to pause, relax, and breathe deeply. When we do this as a community, we become beacons of love, trust, and surrender. We then become sacred offerings of healing for the collective at this time.
