===Ingredients==

200gr / 7Oz Almond Flour
1 egg
3 Tsp unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 Tsp Cinnamon
4 Tsp Stevia  

Hi I’m Chris from the LCP and welcome my friend to another great series of Quick n yummy. Today i  am sick but not too sick to make this video for you. You should know that i am committed to my subscribers - ok anyways when i am sick i love to eat cereals i can’t tell you why…. but anyways
Today you’ll get a great Breakfast Recipe. Chocolate, Cinnamon Cereals. They are crunchy, super thin and a add on in every morning routine. These cereals are done in under 30min.

Ok let’s do it.

we start with combing the dry ingredients.
you need 200r of almond flour
add 2 tbsp of Cinnamon 3 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder and add stevia i go here with 4 tsp. I must say I prefer more the taste of my liquid sweetener then stevia.
add 1 egg and i add here vanilla extract - combine it well. you can fully do this by hand in a bowl if you don’t have a stand mixer.

add this dough onto a baking sheet and spread it i use here a second parchment paper and a rolling pin to spread it really evenly and thin. if you really make it thin we bake it for a shorter time
try to cut squares afterwords it will be hard so we go with this method and bake it on 190°C for 7-10min.
let it cool down so you can easily break them. ok thats simply it my friends i hope u already subscribed to my channel.
