On Sunday 14th July 2024 the 'Queen Mary 2','Norwegian Prima' & the 'Queen Anne' all made their departures from Southampton Docks all three cruise ships certainatly made themselves known with some horn blasts along with the 'Shieldhall' joining in with blasting her horn and whistle by wishing bon voyage to the cruise ships.
The 'Queen Mary 2' was the first to get underway at 17:00pm from the Queen Elizabeth ll Cruise Terminal and swung around just off of the Ocean Dock to head down Southampton Water. Her Itineary is a 7 Night Cruise around the Norweian Fjords and her first port of call on this cruise is to Kritstiansand Norway.
Following the 'Queen Mary 2' was the 'Norwegian Prima' which had made her departure at 17:05pm from the Horizon Cruise Terminal and her Itinerary is an 11 Night Northern Europe: Iceland, Norway & Belgium Cruise, her first port of call is to Zeebrugge in Belgium.
Last of these three cruise ships to depart from Southampton Mayflower Cruise Terminal at 18:04pm was the 'Queen Anne'. Her Itinerary is a 14 Night Iceland And Bristish Isles Cruise and her first port of call is to Invergordon Scotland.
