Hey Everyone,
In this video I am demonstrating the pickstitch (or prick stitch) which is one of the strong hold stitches used when hand sewing. I use this stitch when finishing the back seams of my cloth menstrual pads I sell at Sbb1 on Etsy.  It really holds my finishing seams together very well and securely and gives my work a clean handmade look.  I even love to use the pick stitch to sew in zippers by hand too.  Hope you will find this tutorial useful.
