You can only use the armor if  you cheat
you need "dummy" items for it and you can't take it in the game regually.
I cheat with the cw cheat and u have just activate the cheat full chest.
u need to upgrade ur psp to use cw cheat dunno how to do friend do it 4 myself i'm sure there is a video on utube about it
