Torrential Rain Brings Widespread Flash Flooding To Southern Ontario

Multiple rounds of thunderstorms brought one of the wettest days across parts of southern Ontario.  Flash floods stranding drivers and commuters. The Weather Network meteorologist Nadine Powell tells us when it will improve.
