1 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
3 Onion
1 Tbsp Chickpeas Flour
2 Tbsp Corn Flour
200 Gm Oil
Nihari Masala Ingredients:-
1 Tsp Cumin
1/2 Nutmeg
1 Tsp Black Pepper Corn
1 Inch Maice
2 Black Cardamom
1 Tsp Fennel Seeds
Stone Flower
1/4th Tsp Citric Acid
1 Tsp Yellow Pepper Powder
2 BayLeaves
Garnishing Ingredients:-
Some Ginger Pieces
Some Green Chillies Pieces
Some Lemon Sliced
Pure Ghee Tadka
