Skins infections are dangerous in the tropics, and our crew learnt it the hard way. We spend most of the time in the water, so it is almost impossible to keep any cut, pimple or wound constantly clean. So almost everybody on the crew has some sort of infection. But this time, Pat is getting worse and we have to do something about it!
