Here we start out on
Here we start out on Daruk’s Song with the first of the monument clues, Stop a titan of molten stone, which is the second location we’re taking on as part of the second phase of The Champions’ Ballad DLC in The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild. It’s a relatively easy location to find, but the Igneo Talus Titan that you face is one tough customer.

To get to the start point for the Stop a titan of molten stone clue it’s just a case of comparing the image on the Daruk’s Song monument with the map to pinpoint the location. You’ll find it to the north west of Death Mountain at a place called Lake Darman, but you check out our map references in the video to point it out. The easiest way to get to the location is to fast travel to Divine Beast Vah Rudania and then fly on over with a couple of stops along the way.
When you get to the right location, you’ll find a Goron talking about the molten beast and then it’s just a case of walking down the hill to the fiery shores of Lake Darman. The molten titan will then raise up out of the magma and start throwing its huge molten stone fists at you. Start by dodging the first two of these by running in a perpendicular line to the Igneo Talus Titan.
After this it will then dip down into the lava to get more hot stones for its fists and this is your opportunity to strike. Fire an ice arrow at its core and then use the paraglider to fly up above the Titan on the hot air raising up from Lake Darman. When you’re over the top of it, drop carefully onto its back using a few well delivered paraglider breaks and then you can start hitting its weak spot on the top of its head. Ideally you’d do this with the Boulder Breaker, which you can get made for you in Goron.
You should be able to take out 50% of its health bar in the first strike and at this stage you’ll need to throw out the paraglider to fly back to the shore. Once back, it’s just a case of dodging the next two molten boulders, hitting it with another ice arrow and flying back onto its back to finish off the second 50% to beat the Igneo Talus Titan.
