She was abandoned with no food or water ... AMAZING HAPPY END!

It happened yesterday. I had just left the hospital, driving home when I noticed something strange. A dog, alone, tied up in the middle of an empty field in an industrial zone.
She was tied with an old rope and a piece of wire.
I had to do something!...
