Medhu Vadai | மெது வடை | Urad Dal Vadai | Ulundhu Vadai (No Onion - No Garlic version)

Medhu Vadai (Ulundhu Vadai) is one of the popular snack in South India made using Urad Dhal (Ulundhu). We also make this as a god offering (neivedhyam) for most of the festivals. In this recipe I didn't add onions in the Vada as I made it for neivedhyam.
