Homemade Salmon Patties

Using Grandma B's basic recipe, we've been making these for quite a few years!  It's really quite fast and easy to make these, and they're delicious!

Recipe:
2 cans of Pink Salmon
1/2 cup of diced onion, white or green
4 eggs
1 T. Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup breadcrumbs, plain
oil for frying

Note: If using Italian breadcrumbs instead of plain breadcrumbs, reduce the Italian seasoning to 1 tsp.
