Today, I made another new video about EB3 Migrant workers. In this video, I will answer frequently asked questions for those who want to learn about this type of EB3. The main topic I want to talk about is General Labor. Today we do not talk deeply about Professionals and skilled workers.

1. Form ETA-9089: fill out this petition and send it to the US Department of Labor to apply for a Labor Certification. In some cases, it will be submitted to the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/file...
