Praggnanandhaa on his win over Fabiano Caruana, and facing Carlsen in the finals of World Cup 2023

R. Praggnanandhaa showed what a class act he is as he got the better of current world no.2 Fabiano Caruana in the semi-finals tiebreak of the FIDE World Cup 2023. While both 25+10 games ended in draws, Pragg aced the 10+10 segment by winning the first game and holding the second one to eliminate Caruana and setup a title clash with Magnus Carlsen. With this Pragg also makes sure of his seat in the Candidates 2024. We speak to Pragg after the game.
