Sega made some of the most amazing arcade games of all time! OutRun and OutRun 2, Daytona USA...and obviously The House of the Dead! And Scarlet Dawn is a hell of an entry in Sega's classic retro gaming franchise...except its actually modern gaming this time!

Now that we have buttoned up our Sega Arcade Racing Retrospective...it's time to move onto something new! But considering I am a huge fan of Sega and The House of the Dead arcade franchise...it's not a very far distance to travel from Daytona USA to The House of the Dead! Let's go to....the ending! Well not the story ending...but the final game in Sega's The House of the Dead franchise...The House of the Dead: Scarlet Dawn. Its by far the most modern of the series and 100% does NOT quality for retro gaming status...but that doesn't matter! Because its got classic zombie video game action...Kate from The House of the Dead 4 is back...and she brought James' brother Ryan with her! So you know it's going to be a modern video gaming good time...with some video game history mixed in.
You can currently play this in arcades or via "emulation" with the Teknoparrot emulator (ok its just a PC game running on a PC...making it PC gaming)
But lets go get our zombie video game on!
