This is a really simple
This is a really simple beef recipe that needs only 6 ingredients to make a flavorful roast.
Today, I cook a chuck eye roast I cut from the chuck roll. This was a roast towards the neck end of the chuck eye. My full intention was to braise but I pivoted because I was craving roast beef. The end results had good flavor but I put myself in-between... meaning the meat was a little too well done for a roast and not well enough to braise to be fork tender. Live and learn. lol
Ingredients
3 lbs Chuck Eye Roast
1 Onion, sliced
1 Tablespoon of Garlic, minced
1 Cup of Broth
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Avoccado oil to brown the roast
