Purple nicecream recipe (for 1 person)
you'll need:
3 frozen ripe bananas
1/2 tsp of blue @rawnice spirulina powder
1/2tsp pink pitaya powder.
Mix the ingredients together in a blender until it becomes thick and creamy like icecream. If you want a darker purple colour just add more of the powders. If you don't have a very good blender I would recommend making this in a food processor as it can be quite hard to blend. You could also add about 1tbsp of plant milk to make it easier to blend. Serve with some fruit!
Pink oatmeal recipe (for 2 people):
150gr oats
1 tsp cinnamon
170gr frozen berries
1 mashed ripe banana
290ml vegan milk
Mix all the ingredients in a pan and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes until thick. Serve with vegan yoghurt, walnuts, chia seeds and fresh fruit.
