Ever seen a Honda Acty Kei truck with a 200 horsepower motor swap? We are removing the 3 cylinder motor from a 1995 Honda Acty and swapping it with a Honda K24. Over several episodes, we are documenting the process so that you can see what it takes to make it happen. This has been attempted by few and there are not many details out there to help the DIY kei truck k swap enthusiasts. We hope to shed light on the challenges and solutions of this process so that anyone with the desire to take this on has a fighting chance with minimal struggle.
