As of Angular 6.1 you
As of Angular 6.1 you can using feature router scroll position restoration. Developers can now configure the router to remember and restore scroll position as the user navigates around an application. New navigation events will reset the scroll position, and pressing the back button will restore the previous position. When enabled, the router stores and restores scroll positions during navigation
Prerequisite:
Install Node.js and npm → https://nodejs.org
Install Angular CLI globally → npm install -g @angular/cli
Create new project:
→ ng new [name]
→ ng new [name] --directory (apply for Angular CLI version 6.0.2 or higher, --directory create a directory for project)

Visual Studio Code → https://code.visualstudio.com
