Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - 7+1 Tablespoons
Cooking Oil (എണ്ണ) - ½ Cup
Fenugreek Seeds (ഉലുവ) - 1 Teaspoon
Mustard Seeds (കടുക്) - 1½ Teaspoon
Ginger (ഇഞ്ചി) - ¼ Cup
Garlic (വെളുത്തുള്ളി) - ½ Cup
Green Chilli (പച്ചമുളക്) - 3 Nos
Curry Leaves (കറിവേപ്പില) - 3 Sprigs
Turmeric Powder (മഞ്ഞള്പൊടി) - ½ Teaspoon
Chilli Powder (മുളകുപൊടി) - 4 Tablespoons
Kashmiri Chilli Powder (കാശ്മീരി മുളകുപൊടി) - 4 Tablespoons
Asafoetida Powder (കായം പൊടി) - 1 Teaspoon
Sugar (പഞ്ചസാര) - 1 Tablespoon
Vinegar (വിനാഗിരി) - 2 Tablespoons
