Easy to add to your diet. ingredients ------------------ Gooseberry - 2Kg Sugar - 1Kg How to prepare Gooseberry Jam: First wash the gooseberry with water. Place the gooseberry on the stove and add little amount of water and boil it for 5 minutes. When the bubbles come turn off the stove and filter the gooseberry from water. Again place the gooseberry on the stove and add sugar in it. Keep the stove on medium flame and mix it well. After 10 minutes sugar dissolves and form water. Every 10 minutes it changes colour step by step. Overall it takes 1 hour to finish this recipe. Keep the gooseberry jam to cool down.
