Do not wire the AC ground to the V- as shown in the video. I bought this PSU along with a San Devices controller and it came that way.
12v 350 watt power supplies are very common when using various light controller boards (SanDevices, Falcon16, LOR CMB24D, etc.). This video does a quick walk through of hooking up and testing a PSU to AC input and DC output.
I buy my PSU's from Ray Wu or from Seasonal Entertainment.
I bought my Southwire Digital Multimeter from Lowes.
