DA, ANC fail to reach a deal in Gauteng

The DA and ANC have failed to reach a deal following meetings today
over the appointment of the Gauteng executive council.

Premier Panyaza Lesufi again postponed the announcement after the DA
threatened to boycott the swearing-in ceremony.

The parties are at loggerheads over the number of MEC positions each
party should get.
