Delicious recipe NUT Peas with Beef Meat from Chef Sam (English Subs)

Ingredients:
Peas - 600 grams
Beef meat - 1 kilogram
Dried Uzbek Bread - 1 Piece
Salt - 1 Tbl spn
Onions - 3 Pcs

1. Clean and wash peas in the warm water
2. Dissolve 1 tea spn of baking soda and 1 tbl spn of salt in the water. Let peas soak in the warm water for 12 hours
3. Wash peas throughout with a warm water several times
4. Cut the meat into the thin pieces and lay it down in the bottom of the cauldron
5. Lay a layer of peas above the meat
6. Fill everything with a hot water. Make sure water level should be 10 cm (4 inches) above the peas.
7. Put it on medium fire
8. Remove the spume
9. Close the lid
10. Cook for 50-60 minutes. Add 0.5 tbl spn of salt once cooked.

Salat for the Nut (peas)
1. Shred the onions into the half rings
2. Wash in the call water
3. Add salt and pepper to your taste
4. Add apple vinegar into the onions.
Crush dried Uzbek bread into medium pieces and lay it on the plate. Put cooked peas with meat on the bread pieces. Add made earlier onions with vinegar to your taste. Add greens (to your taste)

Uzbek style NUT (peas) with meat is ready!
