Windows Defender or Windows Security
Windows Defender or Windows Security not working or unable to open it and getting the error message "you'll need a new app to open this windowsdefender link" in windows 10 or windows 11? You can fix the issue easily.
Right click on start button -terminal admin - copy the following command
Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers |Where-Object {$_.InstallLocation -like "*SystemApps*"} | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
Right click to paste. Hit the enter key to execute the commands. It'll take few minutes to finish. Ignore the minor errors. Resart your system to apply the changes.
