A recipe of CHEESE with just two ingredients.
Homemade cheese tastes better than in the store and it is easy and quick to make.
You will not regret making this delicious cheese at home.  
Doesn't melt like regular cheese, you can use it on toast, wraps or sandwiches. Everyone knows how to buy the best quality, but for those who can't, it's a great idea.
You can do it in a similar way by adding Danish, or cheddar, or blue, or Parmesan or even Manchego cheese... what really gives it flavor is adding a good cheese with a lot of flavor and color.

Ingredients:
1 L  milk
1-1.5 teaspoon salt
10-15 grams of butter (optional)
10 Tbs Cornstarch
0,5 lbs (225g). Cheddar grinded cheddar cheese
Heat well until the whey begins to separate
Melt the curd over low heat, stirring constantly
Put in a mold and leave to cool completely for 10 hours or all night long
