2008 Caravan No Crank P0513 B1A24

Here we have a Caravan that would not start one day for the customer. The red security light stays on and blinks , and at times  a message is displayed "BAD KEY"   Follow along as I show you live what I did.   P0513, B1A24 ,B1A35, B1A09 setting.
