Dr. Sankara Bhagavadpada was a former researcher in theoretical Physics.
Between 1983 and 1999 he was a Hindu acharya in an Indian spiritual movement. From 1999, he developed as an independent spiritual teacher, Vedic astrologer, and published author. His primary field of interest and study has been the life-timework of the world teacher, Sri. J. Krishnamurti. Amanaska Yoga is the name for his commentaries on the world teacher’s work. His emphasis is not only on the theme of, ‘Inward Flowering through self-Knowing’; but more importantly also on how Krishnamurti’s self-Knowing flows into the ancient and haloed stream of Advaita and Self-realization: taught by such illustrious ancient Indian world teachers as:
Sri. Adi Sankaracharya; and other renowned Advaita Masters of the last century, such as Sri. Ramana Maharishi and Sri. Nisargadatta Maharaj.
