Recipe and Ingredients:
1 cup warm milk (250 ml)
1 teaspoon dry yeast (7g)
1 teaspoon sugar (7 g)
1 teaspoon salt (5 g)
30 ml vegetable oil
400-450 gr wheat flour (15 oz)
knead the dough for 5-7 minutes
brush with vegetable oil
leave for 40-50 minutes
divide the dough into 7 pieces
roll into balls
put on a dry pan
cover with a towel and leave for 10 minutes
dill cut
2 garlic cloves
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
cover with a lid and cook over low heat for 15 minutes
cook on the other side for another 10 minutes
