Fava Bean Chili ingredients list:
(3) tablespoons of cooking oil
(1) medium size yellow onion
(2) tablespoons of minced garlic
(1) 4 oz. can of sliced mushrooms (drained)
(1) 15 oz. can of stewed tomatoes
(1) 15 oz. can of tomato sauce
(4) cups of water
1/4 cup of sun dried tomatoes
(2) tbsp. balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar
1/4 cup of fresh chopped oregano or (1) tbsp. of dried oregano)
1&1/2  tbsp. of cumin
(1) tbsp. cayenne pepper
salt & pepper to taste
(5) cups of fresh fava beans (shelled & skinned)
