Hey guys, if you have a Bowflex® SelectTech® 552 or 1090 dial with one or more broken lugs, in this video I'll show you how to fix it with some fairly common tools/supplies you may find around the house. Heck, in this video I used a rusty old file and pair of pliers.
If you don't own linesman pliers, a hacksaw or similar can do the job. In fact, you can improvise for everything in this video now that you understand the end goal.
