Medieval Buhurt Knight Fighting - California Armored Combat Melee - HMB IMCF - 12/13/21

Practice attendees are mostly members of Santa Barbara & San Luis Obispo teams.

Fighters are active participants of:
-Armored Combat Worldwide League
-Armored Combat Sports League
-Buhurt League
-IMCF & HMB promotion tournament events.

Practice session hosted safely in SB by Santa Barbara Soldados on 12/13/21.

Practice sessions are focused on melee fighting techniques and not pain. This practice was focused on melee grappling drills. Today’s drill starts with 3v3 and 5vAll . We fight some 2handes Longsword duels at the end of melee practice.

Longswords, Halberd, Polearm, Sword and Buckler, Falchion, 2h Axe, Sword and Shield, Mace, Handaxe and more.
