Mod Podge Wine Bottle using Dollar Tree Napkins - Upcycle Crafts

I am really loving these mod podged, upcycled bottles using napkins from the Dollar Tree. I also added yarn, flowers, stickers and butterflies to enhance my craft project. Thank you to my subscribers that suggested I paint the bottle white and then mod podge the napkins on top.
