Why most business #processes are not modeled correctly and how to fix it

Before we can figure out how to use AI in business processes, we need to make sure that the process model represents the reality of what actually happens.  Traditionally organizations have been poor at this - often trying to fit a square peg in a round hole.

There are so many ways to model a process, but we often resort to only one way. In this video, I share why that's wrong and how to do it better.  Only after understanding the process well, should we consider making it better.
