Sailing Team Tally Ho takes to the snow for the 2024 FIS World Cup for cross country skiing that was held against all odds of snow conditions on Feb 16-18 2024.  The event had heartbreakingly been canceled in 2020 at literally the last few hours due to COVID 19.   Especially heartbroken was our local hero Jesse Diggins, who had campaigned so hard to make both the 2020 and 2024 in her home town possible.  Up until just a couple of days before the 2024 event,  there was little or no real snow and prospects for creating artificial snow (which athletes generally dislike) was grim due to it not consistently falling to temperatures that snow guns could produce at.   But then during the night within 48 hours of the event a forecasted anemic 1 inch of snow turned out to be 7!.  The conditions became world class as well as tens of thousands of spectators turned out to Theodore Wirth Park in Minneapolis to cheer on and support their heroes. A huge success by all accounts. Within 3 days,  the snow was forecast to be completely gone.  Was it Jesse's miracle?  What do you think?
