Migraines | How to Use Cold Therapy & Ice Packs for Migraines | Dr. J9 Live

In this video, Dr. Janine talks about how to use cold therapy and ice packs for migraines.  She explains how using an ice pack at the onset of a migraine, placed on the carotid artery can help to relieve migraine pain.  She looks at how doing this cools the blood going to the brain that can help reduce inflammation, which improves the pain.
