Beef Chimichangas

Chimichangas are very similar to burritos, except they are fried to create a crispy shell around the filling. They can be prepared with beef, chicken, or a combination of beans and beef. Today I am sharing my way of preparing them. Enjoy! :) Makes 10-12 Chimichangas prepared with burrito size tortillas Ingredients: 4 Lbs Chuck Roast, Stew Meat, Flank Steak, or your choice of beef Salt & Pepper 4-5 Chile Guajillo 4 Garlic Cloves 1/2 Large Onion 1 Red Bell Pepper 2 Large Jalapenos or One Green Bell Pepper 1 Tsp Cumin 1 Tbsp Beef Bouillon 1 Cup of Water 1 Lb Queso Oaxaca, Mozzarella, Monterey Jack, or your choice of cheese 10-12 Burrito Size Tortillas Cooking Spray or Vegetable Oil Makes 10-12 Chimichangas Thank you for watching!
