In the 1970s when the Captain & Tennille show was broadcast there was no stereo TV sound. As a result, recordings of those shows may not have stereo sound. In the 1980s I experimented with synchronizing the sound from their stereo LP with video which was difficult since the turntable speed was not as accurate as digital audio is today.
I found these two videos on YouTube and put them together to provide stereo sound to the TV video. Since most of Captain and Tennille programs used studio audio from their recordings, the sound synchronizes easily.
