Joojeh kabab Torsh is a
Joojeh kabab Torsh is a delicious sour chicken kabab from the north of Iran.
What makes this dish super flavorful is the use of fresh parsley and pomegranate pomegranate molasses, allowing the meat to marinate and tenderize overnight. It should be grilled on charcoal so you get crispy crust and juicy inside.

Ingredients:
1,2 lbs (600 grams) Boneless chicken
1/4 tsp Saffron
2 tbsp Hot water
1/3 Cup (0,8 dl) Chopped Parsley
2 tbsp Chopped Walnuts
2 tbsp Pomegranate molasses
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
1 Clove of garlic
Juice of half a lemon
One Onion
Marinade Time: Overnight
Cooking Time: 12 min
Make sure that the Chicken is room temperature before bbq!
