AN EXCELLENT IDEA. ❗ Easy bread recipe. No more buying. You can easily make bread at home. very delicious you must try
Necessary materials.
For pre-fermentation.
1 packet of instant yeast (10 grams).
1 cup of flour (120 grams).
1 glass of warm water (200 ml).
For dough.
1.5 glasses of warm water (300 ml).
4.5 cups of flour (540 grams).
1 teaspoon (8 grams) of salt.
For sauce.
1.5 tablespoons of flour (40 grams).
half a glass of boiling water (100ml).
1 egg yolk.
For the above.
Sesame.
Black seed.
1. Waiting time is 20 minutes.
2. Waiting time is 40 minutes.
Bake in a preheated 250°C oven for 25 minutes.
