Delivery day for 2023 Tesla Model X Plaid

After a little over 6 weeks since we placed an order for a Tesla Model X Plaid, it is now delivery day. This car replaces our 2022 Model X Long Range. Tesla bought it back from us because of the many issues it had. I hope this time, this car won’t give us many issues. So far, there are already quality issues. We have been taking notes and will create a service ticket for records. We’re happy to have another car in the garage, the Plaid trim is nice but we were more after the 6-seater configuration. I guess we can look at it as buying the Plaid trim with “free” 6-seater configuration.

In this video, I share some initial impressions. It feels like the long range and missing the yoke steering wheel already. I will give it time and get used to it.
