Real Bout Fatal Fury Special is a 1997 fighting game developed by SNK for the Neo Geo platform. It is the sixth game in the Fatal Fury series and the second in the Real Bout sub-series, succeeding the original Real Bout Fatal Fury. Real Bout Fatal Fury Special has all-new graphics and returns to the two-level plane system from Fatal Fury 2.
HON FU
Hon-Fu, a Hong Kong investigator who is constantly following criminals, is working on a case involving Asia's large-scale illegal drug trade. He suspects Ryuji Yamazaki, one of the most powerful businessmen in his native nation, and follows the criminal to South Town. He continues to lose sight of the criminal, which is a running humor throughout the series.
CHENG SINZAN
Cheng is a wealthy businessman who is friends with both millionaires and simple people, having risen from poverty to riches by his own hard work and tenacity. He is a former pupil of Master Tung, having studied with Jeff Bogard and Geese Howard. In their peak, the three of them were renowned as the "Three Brothers of Godly Battle". Tung dismissed him from the Hakkyokuseiken school after he participated in rigged bets and prohibited street battles. Cheng adds that Tung Fu Rue was really frightening at the time.
BOB WILSON
Bob Wilson is one of the fighters who helps "The Lonely Wolves" defeat Geese Howard in the "King of Fighters" tournament before he can utilize the scrolls to become immortal. Following Geese's death, Richard Meyer makes Bob the sole owner of the Pao Pao Café 2.
