What are co-response and restorative justice? What are the benefits of a behavioral health professional accompanying law enforcement on calls that may involve mental health, substance abuse or other crises? Additionally, how can a theory of justice that emphasizes repairing the harm caused by criminal activity support our community and help to build peace?
