Welcome to this first yoga tutorial ! Here a few tips to transition from Crow pose Bakasana to push-up Chaturanga :)
- Work on your chaturanga first
- Work on your jump back to chaturanga from a forward fold
- Work on your crow
- Warm up core, wrist
- Don't think about jumping, think extend
- Lift lower belly to create space for the legs to extend
