Purani Delhi Al Jawahar Restaurant Style Secret Korma Masala Recipe | Mutton Chicken Korma Masala

Korma masala powder recipe or kurma masala.

Korma or kurma recipe uses yogurt and or coconut to make a spicy gravy that also uses vegetables or meat in India, Bangladesh and Pakistan. The spices used are almost the same with little variations or additions like black cardamom, nutmeg and mace.

Ingredients:-

1 Tbsp Cumin
1 Black Cardamom
6 Green Cardamom
1/2 Nutmeg
1 Inch Cinnamon Stick
1 Inch Maice
1 Tsp Black Pepper Corn
1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
2 Tbsp Coriander Powder
1 Bay Leaf
2 Tbsp Coconut Nariyal Powder
1/4th Tsp Citric Acid
1/2 Tsp Salt
4 Drop Kewra Water
